On Thursday 28 March 2024 a Nabella Cherry tree was planted on Felbrigg Village Green to commentate the coronation of HM King Charles III on 6th May 2023.
Resident Marion Walker gave the tree and plaque to the village as a memorial for her late husband Ted, who, along with Marion were a great asset to the village for many years, raising funds and organising activities within the village. Do you have a village memory of Ted, why not share it with us in the comments below.

Cherry trees are so beautiful when in flower. This young tree has lots of buds showing, we look forward to the blossom brightening up the village green in future years and as you sit on the nearby bench we hope that seeing it in its glorious flower, brightens your day and brings a smile.
Thank you Marion for taking an active part in the planting with Rodger and Tracy and for making such a lovely gift to the village. We will think of you and Ted and the love and laughter you brought to us, whenever it blossoms.
